I tried to make it kind of old fashioned Christmas card-y with the yellow tint.
I'm not sure how the teal was supposed to be patterned on his pants. But Harris described it as looking like Jason's truck, and the squiggles are kind of how I saw his truck's colors

If Alan Ball can put Nelsan Ellis in gold pants...he can put Alexander in pink spandex. I'm just sayin'!

Pam, Claudine, Amelia. Pam said in book four, she doesn't like witches. Yet she and Amelia kind of hook up. Amelia disses Claudine about being a poor fairy godmother to Sookie. Pam would like to drain Claudine. Therefore they are all good friends. (< whaaa?)

Sookie sketches from a while ago. I can't decide on how I want her to look...my faves are the top two. I suppose it will depend on the situation I put her in!

Prrrrobably the only Sam picture that I have drawn that I've liked so far. And I have tons of Sookie pictures, but I think this is one of my fave. I can't figure out how I want to draw her. And I see her as more of petite like Anna Paquin than the taller one of the books.

And here is a lil sketch of Claudine! I had a nice set of softly drawn wings, but the scanner doesn't seem to like to capture that. Oh well, Claudine doesn't walk around with wings anyway.

Wow, I can't believe I waited so long to get some drawings done, haha nice job waiting until the first season is already over! But maybe I can keep everyone entertained until the next season starts or new book comes out. Whatever is first...I hear that SAG might strike? This will delay the next season, unfortunately.
...I have a ton of sketches, but none that are finished to the point I want to post them. I have three that I think will be decent for my first post, although blurry, because I didn't use a scanner...anyway, enjoy!

I'm having trouble combining the way I see them in the book with the actors...hopefully I can find a happy medium. First attempt at combining Eric and Alex (using a pic of Alex I found online):


Pam tells Sookie that Eric has become bad for business...for some reason this is what popped into my head.

I did a picture of Claude and Claudine too...but I don't know how much I like it. I might re do it when I have time. I think I have decided that this blog will be for everything, whereas my deviantart page will only feature my better work. :D
